Introcution of Q215 Steel:
Q215 is a carbon structural steel that complies with the Chinese national standard GB/T 700-2006. In its name, "Q" stands for yield strength, and "215" indicates a minimum yield strength of 215 mpa, which decreases in a gradient with the increase of steel thickness. The chemical composition is mainly low-carbon (carbon content ≤0.15%), and the sulfur and phosphorus contents are controlled according to grades A and B. It has good plasticity, toughness and weldability, and is usually used directly in the hot-rolled or normalized state.
The tensile strength of this material ranges from 335 to 450MPa, with an elongation of no less than 13%. The cold bending performance must pass the 180° bending test. It is mainly rolled into plates, sections and welded pipes, and is suitable for fields such as building structures and fluid transportation pipelines. Typical applications include roof panels, bolts, rivets and H-beams and other structural components. It is often used in the manufacturing of gears, shaft parts and medium and low-pressure vessels in mechanical manufacturing, and its comprehensive performance balances strength and processing adaptability.
All of our precise machined steel parts with vibratory finish are made according to customer's drawings or samples. They could be standard size or non-standard size. The below chart is to show how we serve to our customers:
Unmatched Precision & Consistency: Precision machining from extruded stock guarantees exact dimensions and critical features, ensuring perfect fit and reliable function in demanding assemblies every single time. Eliminate fitting headaches.
Optimized Performance Surface: The vibratory polished finish isn't just cosmetic – it delivers a smooth, uniform, burr-free surface that reduces friction, enhances corrosion resistance, and improves overall part performance and longevity.
Ready-to-Install Quality: Vibratory polishing removes micro-burrs and sharp edges left by machining, ensuring parts are safe to handle and require no additional finishing. They integrate seamlessly, saving you valuable assembly time and labor costs.
Cost-Effective Precision: Combining the efficiency of extrusion with targeted precision machining offers a superior value proposition. You get high-accuracy components without the full cost of machining from solid billet. Maximize your ROI.
Industrial-Grade Solution:Engineered for critical applications requiring strength, dimensional accuracy, and dependable performance. Trust them for machinery, automation, tools, fixtures, and more where failure is not an option.

FAQ:
1Q: How precise are these machined parts?
1A: Precision machined to tight tolerances (typically ±0.05mm or better, depending on feature) from extruded Q215 steel, ensuring reliable fit and function in critical assemblies.
2Q: What are the benefits of the vibratory polished finish?
2A: It delivers a smooth, uniform, burr-free surface: enhancing corrosion resistance, reducing friction, improving aesthetics, and ensuring parts are safe to handle and ready to install.
3Q: Is Q215 steel strong enough for my application?
3A: Yes. Q215 carbon steel (ASTM A29 equivalent) offers excellent strength, durability, and wear resistance, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments and stressed components.
4Q: Are these parts truly "ready-to-use"?
4A: Absolutely. Precision machining combined with vibratory polishing removes micro-burrs and sharp edges. No secondary finishing is required – they integrate directly into your assembly, saving time and cost.
5Q: How does using extruded material benefit me compared to solid billet?
5A: Extrusion provides near-net shape material, significantly reducing machining time and material waste. This translates to a more cost-effective solution for high-precision parts without compromising quality or performance.
