1A: We support flexible orders, small batch trial production MOQ can be as low as 50-100 pieces, mass production orders according to mold cost optimization suggestions.
2Q: How long does it take from design to delivery?
2A: The standard cycle is 4-6 weeks (including 3 weeks for mold development + 1-3 weeks for production), and urgent orders can be compressed to 3 weeks. Provide phased progress feedback to ensure transparency and control.
3Q: What are the advantages of brass over other materials (such as aluminum alloy)?
3A: Brass (such as HPb59-1) has higher strength, corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity, suitable for high pressure/wear resistance scenarios such as valves and sanitary ware; Aluminum alloy is lighter and suitable for radiators and structural parts.
