Sandblasting

Sandblasting process utilizes high-speed sand flow to impact the surface of aluminum alloy, thereby achieving the purpose of cleaning and increasing surface roughness. Sandblasting treatment can remove oil stains, oxide layers and other impurities on the surface of aluminum alloys, providing a good adhesion foundation for subsequent surface treatments such as spraying and electroplating. 

Polishing

Polishing is a common process in the surface treatment of aluminum alloys. It removes the uneven parts of the surface through mechanical, chemical or electrolytic methods, making it as smooth as a mirror. Brushing

Anodizing

Anodizing is a chemical treatment method that forms an aluminum oxide film on the surface of aluminum alloys through electrolysis. Meanwhile, the porous structure of the anodic oxide film endows it with excellent adsorption properties, enabling it to adsorb various pigments and dyes and form a rich variety of surface colors.
