Gravity casting is suitable for the production of large, simple aluminum alloy castings, such as water tanks, storage tanks, etc. Its advantages are high production efficiency, low cost and high surface smoothness, but it is also easy to produce defects such as shrinkage and porosity.


extrusion casting ‌ : also known as liquid die forging process, the molten aluminum alloy is poured directly into an open mold, and high pressure is applied to produce plastic deformation and solidification. This process is suitable for parts that require high strength and precise dimensions.
